This bill aims to help British victims of terrorism get financial compensation by allowing the government to freeze money and assets belonging to terrorists or terrorlinked groups, then use that money to pay victims. It's designed to make sure terrorists' wealth can't be kept and used, while helping those who have suffered from attacks.
