British Nationality (Irish Citizens) Act 2024

This Act allows Irish citizens to apply for British nationality while keeping their Irish citizenship at the same time. Normally, becoming British requires giving up other nationalities, but this law makes an exception specifically for Irish citizens, recognizing the unique relationship between the two countries.
