Women Leaving Prison (Safe Accommodation) Bill

This bill aims to make sure that women released from prison have access to safe accommodation. It recognises that homelessness after prison can lead people back into crime, so it puts a legal duty on authorities to help arrange housing for women leaving the prison system.
