Waste Recycling (End Use Register) Bill

This bill would require the UK to set up an official register that tracks recycled waste from collection through to its final use. Essentially, it creates a recordkeeping system to make sure that when we put items in recycling bins, they actually get recycled rather than being sent to landfill or shipped abroad illegally.
