Vehicle Registration Offences (Penalty Points) Bill

This bill would introduce a penalty points system for vehicle registration offences. Currently, these offences are punished with fines, but the bill would add penalty points to driving licences instead (or as well as), using the same system already used for speeding and other traffic violations.
