Universal Credit Sanctions (Zero Hours Contracts) Bill

This bill stops the government from punishing people on Universal Credit who work zero hours contracts if they can't attend work or appointments because their employer hasn't given them any shifts that week. It recognises that zero hours workers have less control over their schedule than traditional employees.
