Universal Credit (Removal of Two Child Limit) Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill removes the 'twochild limit' rule in Universal Credit (a payment for people on low incomes). Currently, families only get extra money for their first two children; this bill would mean families get the same extra payment for all their children, potentially helping larger families have more money for essentials.
Presented by The Lord Bishop of Durham.
