[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to regulate the cost of unauthorised overdrafts by limiting how much interest and fees banks can charge when customers spend money they don't have without agreeing to an overdraft first. It's designed to protect people from very high charges when they accidentally go overdrawn.
Presented by Rachel Reeves.
