Borough Freedom (No. 2) Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to give local boroughs (local government areas in towns and cities) more freedom and control over how they operate and what decisions they can make. Rather than having central government in Westminster controlling many things, the bill would let boroughs have greater independence to manage their own local affairs.

Presented by Lord Graham of Edmonton.
