Terms of Withdrawal from the European Union (Referendum) Bill

This bill proposes that any final deal for Britain's withdrawal from the European Union should be put to a public referendum before it becomes official. Instead of Parliament alone deciding the terms, ordinary voters would get a chance to approve or reject the agreement that the government has negotiated.
