Terms of Withdrawal from EU (Referendum) Bill

This bill proposes requiring another public referendum before the UK completes its withdrawal from the European Union. Rather than Parliament simply accepting the negotiated deal, it would give voters a chance to approve or reject the actual terms of leaving the EU.
