Terms of Withdrawal from EU (Referendum) Bill

This bill proposes that the final terms of the UK leaving the EU should be put to a referendum (another public vote). Instead of Parliament simply approving the withdrawal agreement, ordinary voters would get to vote on whether they accept the negotiated deal or not.
