[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change the law to allow horticulture businesses (like garden centres and plant nurseries) to open and sell goods on Sundays. Currently, these businesses face restrictions on Sunday trading, but this bill would give them the same freedom as other shops to decide whether they want to open on Sundays.
Presented by The Earl of Courtown.
