Statutory Nuisance (Aircraft Noise) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would make aircraft noise legally recognized as a statutory nuisance. Currently, aircraft noise has special legal protection that makes it harder for residents to complain. The bill would remove this protection, allowing people affected by aircraft noise to use the law to demand action, similar to how they can complain about other types of noise pollution.
