Access to Welfare (Terminal Illness Definition) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to change the official definition of 'terminal illness' used by the UK government when deciding who gets welfare support. Currently, the definition can be very strict, making it hard for some seriously ill people to access help quickly. The bill would make it easier for these people to get the financial support they need.
Presented by Mrs Madeleine Moon.
