Smoke-free Private Vehicles Bill [HL]

This bill would make it illegal to smoke in private cars in the UK. It aims to protect people (particularly children) inside vehicles from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke by creating and enforcing a smoking ban, similar to the existing ban in public places.
