[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would allow parents who have experienced the loss of a child to share paid parental leave between them more flexibly. Currently, parental leave rules are designed for newborns, but this bill would adapt them to help bereaved parents by letting them take time off together or separately while still receiving payment.
Presented by Darren Henry.
