Sex Encounter Establishments (Licensing) Bill

This bill would require sex encounter establishments (such as lap dance clubs and similar venues) to get an official license from their local council before they can open and operate. This would give councils the power to set rules for these businesses, inspect them regularly, and close them down if they don't follow the rules.
