Sentencing (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill makes small changes and updates to the rules that judges use when deciding how long criminals should go to prison. It's preparing these rules to be organized into one clear document later, rather than having them scattered across many different old laws. Think of it as tidying up the filing system before everything is put in one folder.
Presented by Lord Keen of Elie.
