Scottish Law Officers (Devolution) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill transfers control of Scotland's top legal officers from the UK Parliament to the Scottish Parliament. Currently, these positions have some UK oversight, but the bill would let Scotland have complete control over appointing and managing its own chief legal officials, similar to how other Scottish public services are already run.
Presented by Joanna Cherry.
