Benefit Claimants Sanctions (Required Assessment) Bill

This bill would require that benefit claimants get a proper assessment before they can be sanctioned (have their money reduced or stopped). Currently, people can be sanctioned more easily, but this bill aims to make sure there's a fair review process in place first.
