Sale of Tobacco (Licensing) Bill

This bill would require anyone selling tobacco (cigarettes, cigars, etc.) to get a special licence from the government first. Only licensed sellers would legally be allowed to sell tobacco, similar to how alcohol sales are controlled through licensing systems.
