Road Traffic Offenders (Surrender of Driving Licences etc.) (No. 2) Bill

This bill makes changes to how driving licences are dealt with when someone is convicted of a serious road traffic crime. It gives courts stronger and clearer powers to require offenders to surrender their driving licences as part of their punishment for dangerous driving behaviour.
