Road Traffic Offences (Cycling) Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would make cycling offences subject to the same road traffic laws that apply to cars and motorcycles. Currently, cyclists have different rules; this bill would change that so cyclists could be prosecuted in the same way as drivers for breaking traffic laws.

Presented by Baroness McIntosh of Pickering.
