to
This bill aims to give renters in England more protections and rights. It would make it harder for landlords to evict tenants unfairly, ban certain types of tenancy agreements that are seen as unfair, and improve standards in rental homes. The goal is to make renting more secure and fairer for ordinary people.
Presented by Baroness Grender.
