Register of Derelict Buildings Bill

This bill would require councils to create and maintain a register (a list) of derelict and abandoned buildings in their area. The aim is to have a clear record of empty properties so the government and local communities can work towards renovating them or putting them back into use, rather than letting them fall into disrepair.
