[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would allow voters to force a recall election to remove their MP if that MP changes which political party they belong to after being elected. Currently, there is a recall process for MPs but it only covers serious misconduct, this bill would add partyswitching as a new reason for recall.
Presented by Anthony Mangnall.
