Property Boundaries (Resolution of Disputes) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill creates a new process to help people sort out disagreements about property boundaries without necessarily going to expensive court cases. Instead of fighting in court, property owners would have an alternative way to resolve these disputes, making it simpler and faster to settle where one person's land ends and another's begins.
Presented by Charlie Elphicke.
