[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would allow developers and local planning authorities to enter into binding contracts when handling planning applications for new buildings or development. Instead of the standard public planning process, both parties could agree on terms privately, potentially making decisions faster but with less public input.
Presented by Mr Nigel Evans.
