Planning Applications (Community Right of Appeal) Bill

This bill would give communities the legal right to appeal planning decisions made by local councils. Currently, only the person or company that applied for planning permission can appeal if rejected. This bill would let local residents and community groups also appeal if they disagree with a planning decision.
