Planning (Location of Hazardous Sites) Bill

This bill changes planning laws to give the government better control over where hazardous (dangerous) industrial sites can be located. It aims to protect people living nearby by preventing these risky facilities from being built in areas with lots of homes, schools, or other sensitive locations.
