A
BILL
to
This bill requires property developers to post a financial bond (similar to a deposit) as a guarantee that they'll complete their building projects and deliver promised facilities like schools or parks. If a developer abandons a project or breaks their promises, the government can use the bonded money to finish the work or compensate the community.
