BILL
to
This bill would make it a legal requirement for pet owners in the UK to microchip their pets (like dogs and cats). A microchip is a tiny device inserted under a pet's skin that stores identification information, helping lost pets be returned to their owners and giving authorities a way to track who owns each pet.
Presented by James Daly.
