Pensions (Extension of Automatic Enrolment) Act 2023

This Act expands automatic enrolment in workplace pensions to include more workers than before. Instead of waiting for people to join a pension scheme themselves, employers must automatically sign eligible employees up, with both the employer and worker contributing money that gets saved for retirement.
