Peerage Nominations (Disqualification of Party Donors) Bill

This bill would prevent people who have given large amounts of money to political parties from being nominated to become peers in the House of Lords. It's designed to stop people feeling like they can buy a peerage through donations, and to restore public confidence in how peerages are awarded.
