Pavement Parking Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would give local councils in England the legal power to ban or restrict cars from parking on pavements. Currently, most areas allow pavement parking, which can make it difficult and sometimes dangerous for people walking, using wheelchairs, or pushing prams. The bill aims to improve safety and access by preventing this practice.

Presented by Lord Low of Dalston.
