Pavement Parking Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to stop cars from parking on pavements (the areas where pedestrians walk). Currently, there are few rules about this in most of the UK. The bill would make pavement parking illegal or heavily restricted, giving more space and safety to people walking, and protecting pavements from damage caused by parked vehicles.

Presented by Martin Horwood.
