Parental Bereavement Leave (Statutory Entitlement) Bill

This bill would create a new legal entitlement for parents who have lost a child, guaranteeing them statutory paid leave from work. Currently, there is no legal requirement for employers to give bereaved parents time off, so this bill aims to provide official protection and support during this difficult time.
