[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would create a legal requirement for employers to give parents statutory paid leave when their child dies. Currently, there is no guaranteed right to this time off, it depends on what individual employers offer. The bill would make it a standard entitlement across the UK.

Presented by Mr Tom Harris.
