Organ Donation (Presumed Consent) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would switch the UK from an 'optin' organ donation system (where you choose to donate) to a 'presumed consent' system (where you're automatically a donor unless you say no). The aim is to increase the number of organs available for transplants and save more lives, while still allowing people to refuse if they want to.

Presented by Mr Jeremy Browne.
