Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change how organ donation works in the UK. Instead of needing to register to be an organ donor, you would automatically be a donor when you die unless you've previously optedout (said you don't want to donate). The aim is to increase the number of organs available to help people waiting for transplants.
Presented by Paul Flynn.
