Online Harms Reduction Regulator (Report) Bill [HL]

This bill asks for a report to be written about creating a new government agency (regulator) to tackle harmful content on social media and other websites. Instead of creating the regulator immediately, it first requires a study to decide if this is the best way to protect UK citizens online.
