Ofsted Inspections (Schools' Rights of Challenge) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would give schools the legal right to formally challenge their Ofsted inspection grades (Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement, or Inadequate) if they believe the inspection was inaccurate or unfair. Currently, schools have limited ability to dispute their ratings, so this would create a new appeals process for them.

Presented by John Pugh.
