Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018

This Act sets up a system to monitor and regulate nuclear facilities in the UK to make sure they're safe and secure. It replaces previous EUbased nuclear safeguards rules that applied when Britain was in the European Union, allowing the UK to have its own independent nuclear safety and security system.
