Nuclear Fuel Cycle (Non-Proliferation and Public Liability) Bill

This bill sets out rules for how the UK handles nuclear fuel to make sure it cannot be secretly turned into nuclear weapons and to protect ordinary people if there are accidents at nuclear sites. It creates stronger safety controls and makes nuclear companies legally responsible for compensating anyone harmed by a nuclear incident.
