This bill allows the government to change the Northern Ireland Protocol, the postBrexit agreement that keeps some EU rules in Northern Ireland to avoid a hard border with Ireland. The bill gives ministers power to alter these rules without Parliament voting on each change, making trade between Northern Ireland and Great Britain simpler.
