Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) Bill

This bill updates the system for creating and managing the official lists that decide how much nondomestic rates (business property tax) businesses have to pay. It modernises the rules and processes used to value business properties and calculate what councils charge them, with the aim of making the system clearer and more efficient.
