NHS Audit Requirements (Foreign Nationals) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill requires the NHS to keep better records of how much healthcare is used by foreign nationals (people who aren't UK residents) and potentially charge them for nonemergency treatment. It aims to recover some of the NHS's costs from overseas visitors rather than having British taxpayers cover these expenses.
Presented by Henry Smith.
