NHS Acute Medical and Surgical Services (Working Time Directive) Bill

This bill would change the rules about how many hours doctors and surgeons can work in NHS emergency hospital departments. Currently, strict EUbased limits prevent them working very long shifts, but this bill would relax those limits to give hospitals more control over scheduling.
