National Planning Policy Framework (Community Involvement) Bill

This bill aims to increase how much ordinary people and communities are involved in planning decisions. It would strengthen the rules in the National Planning Policy Framework to make sure local residents have proper opportunities to comment on and influence planning applications in their areas before decisions are made.
